1. All current and potential clients are important; therefore, high-quality customer service delivered with care and respect is the top priority of our business.
2. All potential projects must be evaluated before being accepted or rejected. Projects that have been accepted must be brought to a satisfactory close, always seeking to ensure benefits for both the client and ourselves.
3. The confidentiality of each client’s industrial and commercial secrets is more important than retaining an employee who does not recognize its importance. Any employee who discloses such information will be subject to the penalties imposed by law, and the company will neither represent nor defend them in any way.
4. Cost reduction at the expense of quality is not acceptable under any circumstances.
5. Documentation of all work performed is essential; it is not optional, as it forms part of our quality offering and added value.
6. Fulfilling commitments on time and in proper form is one of the foundations on which we seek recognition for our company; therefore, all available means and tools must be used to achieve this. In cases where delays are attributable to the client, the client must be informed and acknowledge them, and, if applicable, a change in date or approach may be negotiated, provided that both parties maintain the premise of mutual benefit. Before altering commitments, all resources within our reach must be exhausted to fulfill them.
7. No commitment should be accepted if there is a risk of non-compliance due to internal or external factors.
8. If pre-sales or execution expenses are required (for example, travel expenses or model development), internal consultation must be carried out to analyze profitability and, if applicable, the client’s authorization must be requested to charge the amount to their account.
9. Any expense incurred outside the approved budget requires authorization from the administration department.
10. Job offers may not be made to personnel working for our clients, nor may our clients make job offers to our personnel. This will be established by contract with each client, and there will always be an opportunity to negotiate; under no circumstances should the relationship be broken due to such a situation.
